  • I'm getting a server busy message. What is wrong?

There are three main reasons why you may be receiving a server busy signal: (1) The web browser may not be compatible with our system. We recommend using Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer or Google Chrome browsers; (2) Be sure Adobe Flash is updated and Java Script is enabled; (3) If using one of the recommended web browsers, you may need to clear the cache and cookies in your browser, then reopen a new browser.
  • What browsers do you support?

Overnight Prints is supported by Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer and Google Chrome. We do not support Safari, Netscape or Roadrunner.
  • What is a zipped (ZIP) file?

A ZIP file format allows you to both compress and archive your files. Multiple or large files can be easily transferred as one file that contains a package of separate files or folders.

    How do I unzip files?

Simply double-click on the zip file or right-click and select Extract All. The file will open as a new folder and contain one large file or multiple smaller files.

What if I have an older version of Windows or Mac?

If you have an older version of Mac or Windows operating software, you must download and install a special application that enables you to zip and unzip files.
