  • I'm getting a server busy message. What is wrong?

    There are three main reasons why you may be receiving a server busy signal: (1) The web browser may not be compatible with our system.     Check the following:
    • Make sure Adobe Flash and JavaScript is updated and enabled, or download the latest versions.
    • If the page is displaying problems, you may need to clear the cache and cookies in your browser. If the problem persists, the browser may not be compatible with our site. Use one of the recommended browsers: Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Internet Explorer.
