Why is my Illustrator / PDF file uploading off center?
When creating your Illustrator file, you must create a white background layer that completely fills the full bleed size of the file. This will prevent the file from cropping to a different file size. When exporting to PDF, make sure your file is flattened for correct preview. -
Do you support InDesign files or have start files for InDesign?
Unfortunately, we do not have InDesign Start File templates available and cannot accept native INDD files. Overnight Prints offers JPG and PDF Start Files that can be directly imported into InDesign and exported as one of the accepted file types for submission. -
I have my files designed and saved as a .DOC / .PUB. What do I do now?
All files must be converted to one of our Accepted File Types (TIF, PSD, PDF, JPG, EPS, PNG and AI at Version 9 or newer). Begin by downloading the appropriate product START FILE and save in the accepted file type to upload.
