Why do the number of points in my VIP account change each month?
The number of points in your VIP account will change monthly as the tally of points adds the most recent month and drops the oldest month within a rolling 12-month time frame. -
How long will I stay at a VIP Benefits level?
Once a VIP Benefits Level has been achieved, the member will retain that level for 12 months even if no additional points are earned. To maintain your VIP Benefit Level status, you must maintain the minimum number of points required for that level. -
Do my VIP points expire?
If you do not earn sufficient points in any rolling 12-month period to maintain an upgraded VIP Benefits Level, your status may revert to the previous level. Any changes to a VIP Benefits Level will take effect on the first working day of the following month in which the points were tallied. -
What is the VIP Loyalty Program? How do I enroll?
All Overnight Prints customers are considered members of the VIP Loyalty program. Once an order is placed, you will be automatically enrolled to begin earning VIP benefits. Customers accrue 1 point per dollar spent with each purchase.
