1. What is a direct mail service?
A direct mail service helps you send printed marketing materials directly to recipients. With Overnight Prints, you can design or upload your postcard, provide your mailing list, and have your postcards prepared and mailed for you.
2. What postcard sizes are available for mailing?
Available sizes include 4" × 6", 4.25" × 5.5", 5" × 7", 5.5" × 8.5", 6" × 9", and 6" × 11" jumbo mailers.
3. Can I upload my own mailing list?
Yes. You can upload your mailing list as a CSV file. You can also save mailing lists for future orders and update contact information when needed.
4. Is postage included with the mailing service?
Yes. Postage is included when you use Overnight Prints' mailing service.
5. Can I use First Class Mail for my postcards?
Yes. The 4" × 6" and 4.25" × 5.5" postcard sizes can be sent using First Class Mail. Other available sizes may have Standard and/or First Class mailing options depending on the format.
6. Do I need to add mailing labels myself?
No. When you use the mailing service, Overnight Prints handles the preparation and mailing of your postcards, so you do not need to spend time labeling each piece yourself.
7. What file formats can I upload for my postcard design?
Accepted artwork formats include TIF, PSD, PDF, PNG, JPG, EPS, and AI. For best printing results, artwork should be prepared at 300 dpi using CMYK color.
8. How do I make sure my postcard design meets mailing requirements?
Use the downloadable start file for your selected postcard size. The templates identify important areas such as the bleed, safe zone, and postal clear zones to help you prepare your artwork correctly before ordering.
