"I just wanted to thank you for a great job on my business cards and quick turn around. As a graphic designer it is great to find a inexpensive source that provides the quality i received. I have to admit I was a little nervous ordering from an online source. My client needed his cards by Jan. 3rd for a trade show and I could not find a printer anywhere that could guarantee me a turn around in enough time and at a $40 price!

In short, I was looking around the internet for a good company to print our business cards. Found your company online, called and got things going. What a wonderful team Hank and Steve. They were understanding, they had integrity, and most of all, they had excellent customer service skills.
They were also very professional, curious, patient, and most of all very informative.
We all deal with some sort of customer service representatives, sometime, but I have never imagined having a conversation with someone that can have a positive affect. What I mean by this is that, ALL companies should have employees like Hank and Steve. Their calming voices and great attitude over the phone should be the ideal method of conversation to customers.
