"My experience with Overnight Prints has been fantastic! I ordered 4,000 brochures and there was a problem with my design. They contacted me right away and placed a hold on the order. I was given very simple instructions on how to correct it and I found their site very user friendly. The customer service was quick, simple and friendly. "I've place several orders with Overnight Prints (bookmarks, greeting cards, business cards...) and have been pleased with the quality and the fast turn-around time. Recently an order of cards was delivered and there had been an error, evidently, in the cutting/trimming - the image was not centered properly as it had been on the preview. I contacted Overnight Prints, and after I scanned and sent a copy of the "problem" product, they quickly printed the cards again at no charge and got them to my door in a matter of days. They look great!"
