"I was having some technical difficulties while ordering business cards for a very important upcoming meeting. I struggled for a few days off and on and could not achieve the look of the cards that I was after.
One of the representatives called and left a very informative and pleasant voicemail. I called customer service afterward and spoke to another agent first who, after several minutes of helping me, dispatched my unique situation to a file help specialist.
In my dealings with Overnight Prints Customer Service, I felt as if they would spend the next 8 hours straightening out my problem before they would let it remain unresolved. They did so in a manner that was very pleasant, helpful and easy-going.
I will remain an Overnight Prints customer as long as I have a need for these type services. With the level of satisfaction they strive for, why in the world would anyone go elsewhere? "

"Is the best place to get stuff printed! I love that place. They do a great job AND it's super cheap. I'm printing invitations that I designed for my BFF's wedding shower and it's only $13. How can you beat that? That's with the glossy coating AND rounded corners too. Check it out if you are a designer!"

"Overnight Prints has there good and bad moments like any other company, but in the 30 times I have used them for printing they have only messed up 3x and 2 they caught the mistake at QC and ordered a reprint on their own and before I even got the product they had already shipped out a second order on their own.
I think printing & customer service is some of the best around."

"I've used this company plenty of times always great quality and service!! This time. there was a glitch in their system that caused an error in my printing.. I had ordered spot uv printing. After an email and VERY quick response. I'm happy to say they are reprinting my order with High priority at no cost to me! Great customer Service...accepted problem and fixed it 5 *'s !"
