  • I received a defective product. What do I do?

    If you believe that you received a defective product, Overnight Prints must be contacted within 30 days of receiving your order via email at service@overnightprints.com or by phone at (888) 677-2000 with the following:

    1. The quantity of defective products and the specific set, if any
    2. A photograph of the defective product fanned out with a sampling from the front, middle and end of the package(s)
    3. A written description of the defect
    4. Order number

    Please allow up to 2 business days for review of your inquiry. Should a physical sample be required, please mail samples to:
