How is my VIP Benefits level determined?
VIP Benefits Levels are determined by the number of points accumulated over a 12-month period. VIP levels are calculated on the first working day of each month. Once a VIP Benefits Level has been achieved, the member will retain that level for 12 months even if no additional points are earned.
*Points are used to determine the VIP Benefits Level only; they carry no monetary value, and are not redeemable for merchandise or services. Points are earned at the rate of 1 point for each dollar spent. To determine the number of points awarded per purchase, all transactions will be rounded to the next highest dollar value (i.e. $1.01 will earn 2 points). Points accrue only to an individual account. Group accounts or individual accounts with multiple email IDs cannot be combined.
NOTE: Purchases from the current month will be applied on the first working day of the next month.
Why do the number of points in my VIP account change each month?The number of points in your VIP account will change monthly as the tally of points adds the most recent month and drops the oldest month within a rolling 12-month time frame.
How long will I stay at a VIP Benefits level?Once a VIP Benefits Level has been achieved, the member will retain that level for 12 months even if no additional points are earned. To maintain your VIP Benefit Level status, you must maintain the minimum number of points required for that level.
Do my VIP points expire?If you do not earn sufficient points in any rolling 12-month period to maintain an upgraded VIP Benefits Level, your status may revert to the previous level. Any changes to a VIP Benefits Level will take effect on the first working day of the following month in which the points were tallied.
