A: All OvernightPrints.com customers are automatically enrolled in the VIP program free of charge.
A: Simply log on to your account and your new discounted pricing will be displayed in the pricing section of each product page.
A: When you login, the discounted prices associated with your VIP level will be automatically loaded for you. It is important that you login in order for the system to load your discounts. After adding your product(s) to the shopping cart, your VIP discounts will automatically be applied for you.
A: You will begin accruing points with your first purchase.
A: VIP Loyalty Program discounts can only be applied to orders made through an account.
A: No, points are used to determine the VIP Benefits level only; they carry no monetary value, and are not redeemable for merchandise or services.
A: Your VIP level is based on your purchases for the prior 12 months. NOTE: Purchases from the current month will be applied on the first working day of the next month.
A: Points are earned at the rate of 1 point for each dollar spent.
A: Yes, points accrue for products, services, shipping, taxes, minus cancelled or returned orders and orders that are not fully paid.
A: The number of points in your account will change monthly as the rolling 12 month timeframe for tallying points adds a recent month and drops the oldest month.
A: No, points accrue only to an individual account. Group accounts or individual accounts with multiple email IDs cannot be combined.
A: Once a VIP Benefits level has been achieved you will be kept at that level for 12 months even if no points are earned. To continue VIP Benefit level status beyond 12 months you must maintain the minimum number of points required for that level during each subsequent rolling 12 month period.
A: If you qualify for a higher VIP Benefits level you will immediately move to the higher level regardless of time spent at the previous level. The move will be effective on the first working day of the month following the month in which the points were earned.
Q: What happens if I don’t earn enough points in a 12 month period to maintain my VIP Benefits level?
A: If, after 12 months at a new VIP Benefits level you do not earn sufficient points in any rolling 12 month period to maintain that VIP Benefits level status, you may be dropped to a lower VIP Benefits level. The move will be effective on the first working day of the month following the month in which the points were tallied.
