"Hello! I am so happy with the Overnight Prints Online Store customer service department! I was using one of their images front side on business cards and one of my own on the backside. I was nervous about the transparency and low dpi of my own image so sent an email off to the company. In less than 30 minutes she had written me back! She really went out of her way to answer my questions and make sure my images were going to be workable, answering several emails back immediately! That is practically unheard of these days! She then offered to go take a look for me using my invoice number. She was very polite, informed me exactly what I needed to do and also made a suggestion which I had overlooked, so that my title print on the business card would come out perfectly. I've made a small initial order but will be ordering more if the company is as good as her customer service performance! It's such a pleasure to deal with a company that offers good old-fashioned customer service with caring, intelligent service reps! I will be checking back for stickers, postcards and other bargains at great prices! It is hard to beat their glossy UV coating prices!"

Usually when you deal with online companies you often sacrafice knowledgable patient customer service. This was not the case. Overnight prints has REAL people who listen, think outside the box and help you in a difficult situation! They even stayed late to help out. the quality of the print is great and the price is unbeatable. We have used them for 4 years now and they have always done a great job!"
