"Just a note to let you know that my latest experiences with you was great. Long story short, I placed an order for your free offer of business cards, rec'd order, had to return order, (my fault) because I didn't understand how to work the editor, you sent me return labs, redid order and then resent order after y'all worked with me to get a card that I liked. They came out great and in a timely fashion. In this day where customer reps can be less than savory to work with you guys went above and beyond, real pleasure to work with.

Previously to ordering with your company I tried two other printers and had them printed 4 different times and each time wrong (3 times cut wrong and 4th time defective card stock).
