All the personnel I have dealt with have been knowledge, patient and courteous. Leaving me with the feeling they do want me to come back. For me, that is a good enough reason to go back!

"Although the product quality on the cards I ordered was very good and less expensive than other on line printers what really put my experience over the top was the customer service.
After my order shipped the UPS status was not updating and the package had not arrived by the due date. Customer service immediately offered to get a replacement order going with expedited shipping.
When the original order showed up the next day they offered me a refund on my shipping since it was a day late.
Very impressive customer service and great quality product.
