"I am a believer. Overnight prints has provided us excellent service and faster than expected product turn around. My clients have been impressed with the product and that makes all of us look great! My company usually produces all of our produts in house ( custom garments, signs, decals, etc.) and I was hestitating relying on another company for good quality and fast service. I have consistently been able to communicate my needs very well with Overnight Prints because they take the time to listen.
Just got off the phone minutes ago with a concern and I was treated very well and the situation was quickly resolved to my total satisfaction. Many times I have called other customer service reps, only to feel as though I was irratating the service person on the other end of the phone."
I have used their service many times. Recently a mistakes was made, and I am still not sure if the fouly was mine or their's. The important part is that they went out of their way to correct everything, overnighting the corrected product and providing excellent customer service. Also their variety of products is amazing. As this quality continues, they are my paper printers from now on

"I have never been disappointed with Overnight prints, I LOVE the way the business cards come out and ALWAYS use OP....I just ordered greeting cards for a customer and the template was not oriented correctly, not only did they e-mail me about it, but an actual HUMAN called to inform me...I din't have to reload anything, they fixed it for me! That's service!"

"I haven't experienced customer service this great since 1970! I sent BAD artwork. Since I sent it, they could easily have printed it. But they didn't. Overnight Prints sent me an email AND called me to let me know the artwork provided would result in a poor product. They said they called because they didn't want me to be disappointed in the end product. "

"I've order from OvernightPrints many times for many different purposes. The results have almost always been superb and the prices are unfounded elsewhere. I ordered another batch of postcards today and had an issue with the files I was attempting to upload. After a few emails back and forth with support reps, they altered my files (for free!) so that they would print correctly and all was worked out within a few hours."

"Overnight Prints is simply the best company I've dealt with in years. Over 6 years I have ordered business cards from them, and they are always top quality. Orders arrive very quickly, so there is no delay in getting any printing products. I must state that the customer service staff are very helpful and gracious. It's obvious that every order, large or small, is important to them. Recently, I had a question on lettering size, and sent in an email. In less than 3 minutes I had my answer. That is service. The real difference is the personalities of the customer service reps. They care, which is a welcome change in today's fast paced world. I would highly recommend Overnight Prints for any individual or organization that wants the best printing and service I have ever experienced.

"I recently placed a very large order with OvernightPrints and noticed that there was an error after I sent it to the printer and of course, I was very concerned because of this error. After contacting OvernightPrints, they directed me to their website and explained what I needed to do to correct the problem. Long story short, I couldn't accomplish this on their website, so I called them; explained in detail what my issue was and though they said that the order had already gone to print (a HUGE order, mind you), they told me to email my corrected files to them and they would cancel the original order and re-do my corrected file order!...Whew!...RELIEF!!!...no kidding...and honestly, they have SUPERB rates for printing any and all marketing materials...I'm telling my massage therapist friends, especially!...MAHALO OvernightPrints! :D"
