In our checkout page, click the calendar icon with the date that best suits your price and delivery needs. Your package will arrive on or before that date. The different shipping options; Rush Delivery, Fast Delivery, Standard, and Economy, represent different shipping speeds and price ranges. Upon choosing your delivery date, the cost of your shipping package will be automatically added to your total checkout price.
Cut off times
The cut off time for Rush Delivery orders is 5:00pm Pacific Time. You will not receive next day delivery of your product if you put your order in past this cut off period. (OvernightPrints.com cutoff time of 5:00 pm PT is based on the time we receive notification of a payment clearing from the billing agent. Typical credit card payments clear within 5 seconds; electronic checks, however, may take up to 5 business days to clear.)
Envelopes & Mailing Services
Envelopes are excluded from both Rush Delivery, and Fast Delivery options. Including envelopes in a combined product order will automatically delay the delivery of ALL products in that order. Envelopes require a 5-day standard delivery.
We recommend that you place a separate envelope order if you wish to receive quick delivery on other print items.
These delivery options are also unavailable for Mailing Service orders - Mailing Services are also subject to 5-day standard delivery times.

Overnight Prints guarantees all products ordered before 8:00pm Eastern Time will be delivered on or up to the date chosen by the customer during the checkout process. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will print and ship the next business day. International orders may take up to 3 business days for processing.
We accept 300dpi TIF, PDF, JPG, PNG, EPS and AI(Version 8 or lower).
Please do not submit transparent files for we cannot process multi-layered files. Please submit flattened files under 50MBs per side.
For our large size postcards, letterheads, brochures, and envelopes, please submit high resolution jpg's, pdfs, or LZW tifs for upload.
If you are still having problems, please delete your cookies from your web browser and refresh the site, then upload. Make sure you are using Firefox or Explorer.
If this fails to resolve the upload problem, you may email your files to service@overnightprints.com for any file/design problems you are having. Subject the email to ATTN: File Support. You will receive a response the next business day with adjusted files or how to adjust your files so you are able to upload the files onto our website to place your order. Overnight Prints does not place orders for customers. All orders must be placed online by the customer.
Unfortunately, our carrier does not provide delivery to P.O. Box addresses. Please make sure you input a physical street address for your package destination.
Should my file be designed using CMYK or RGB color pallette?
We do ask all custom uploaded files to be designed in CMYK, and uploaded in CMYK. You may also upload in RGB if you prefer, however the color will be converted into
CMYK and may not be as accurate. As a good rule of thumb, if your file contains large quantities of blues and purples, it may be best to limit the magenta hues in
the design by at least 10%. If you do upload in CMYK, we ask you to design using our preferred color
profile for better color accuracy. Overnight Prints uses the GRACoL 2006 color profile.

For brochure folding guidelines:
Keep in mind, there is a 1/16th of an inch cutting tolerance as well as a 1/16th of an inch folding
tolerance, which may cause the image to shift
after print, cut, and fold. We recommend having a gradient or solid color background for a better final product.
Checklist:
The document size of the file must be 8.627" X 11.127" or 2588 X 3338 pixels. All text or images need to be within the safe zone 8.373"X10.873"
For the inside of the brochure, place your guidelines at 3.718" (left panel), 3.696" (center panel), and 3.586" (right panel).
For the outside of the brochure, please place your guidelines at 3.586" (left panel), 3.696" (center panel) and 3.718" (right panel).
The final product will be cut down to an 8.5"X11" brochure for shipment.
