1. Do I receive proofs prior to print?

Overnight Prints does not send out hard copy proofs. All proofs are viewed online. What you see on the preview approval page is close to what will be printed. Keep in mind all monitors will reflect a slight variance on color.

2. Do all orders have to be placed online?

Yes. Overnight Prints does not accept any walk-in or orders by mail. This includes CDs with files, scanned images, or hard copy prints. All orders must be placed via our website. If file assistance is needed, please email the files or request to service@overnightprints.com. If the files are too large, you may zip the files into a compressed folder, or divide the files into separate emails to us. Our representatives will contact you promptly.

3. Are the colors shown on the preview screen accurate?

Color fidelity warranted by Overnight Prints is consistent with industry standards for "pleasing color." Overnight Prints offers no guarantee of "match-print" or "match-product" color fidelity. Overnight Prints cannot prevent slight color shift throughout an order. Overnight Prints does not guarantee color will match the preview as it appears on a customer\'s monitor, as we cannot compensate for a color variance on each customer\'s monitor.

We do ask all custom uploaded files to be designed in CMYK, and uploaded in CMYK. You may also upload in RGB if you choose, however the color will be converted and may not be as accurate. If your file contains large quantities of blues and purples, it may be best to limit the magenta hues in the design by at least 10%. If you do upload in CMYK, we ask you to design using our preferred color profile for better color accuracy. Overnight Prints uses the GRACoL2006_Coated1v2 color profile. If you have any questions, please view the link, RGB & CMYK for more details.

5. How do I order?

Overnight Prints now offers two different options to place your order. You are able to use our express designer, advanced designer, or you can create the design using any of the programs listed on our DESIGN GUIDE page to create the design to your liking for upload submission.

If you are having problems with our online designer, you will need to delete your cookies so information from other sites does not interfere with our system. For file submission via upload, we ask the files to be designed in CMYK, then saved as CMYK for upload. This will cause less color shift during print.

As we are an online company, all orders must be placed and paid for through our website. There are two ways to place orders with us. You can either create a card using our online designer, or you can create a card using your own design program and upload it to our website for ordering.

To use the online designer, you would simply click the desired product on our homepage. You would then click the "Express Designer" or "Advanced Desiger" button. From there you can select a background from our premade templates, add text and images. You can also add unique features such as glossy coating or rounded corners, if desired. Next, you'll select your order quantity and obtain shipping prices. The website will guide you completely through the checkout process.

To create a card outside of our website and upload it to our website, we ask that you follow the directions given under our "Design Guide" tab on our website. Once you have created the card file to our specs listed in our Design Guide tab, you would simply upload your file for ordering. You can do so by following the steps below.

    1. Save the file(s) to your My Documents.
    2. Go to our website, www.OvernightPrints.com.
    3. Click on the heading for the product you would like to order (ie: "Business Cards")
    4. Click on "Upload a File."
    5. Browse for the front (and back if you have one) of your card. Once the file is in the appropriate box, front and back, select "Upload." From there, you will be able to preview your card and approve your design on the spot. Our website will guide you through the checkout process.
