| 2. Are the same shipping methods available to me as are with a standard order? |
No, you may not choose the same shipping methods as are available with a standard Overnight Prints order. 4x6 postcards will be mailed via first
class mail, whereas 4.25 x 5.5, 5x7, 5.5x8.5 and 6x11 postcards can be mailed via standard or first class mail.
*Note: "Standard" order denotes orders that have no attached mailing lists.

Our data comes from InfoUSA, the leading provider of business and consumer information products, database marketing services, data processing services, and sales and marketing solutions.

| 4. I keep getting this error message, what does it mean?
|
"We're sorry, our mailing list server is unavailable. This is preventing us from completing your request at this time."
This means that we cannot connect to InfoUSA's servers. This is out of our control so please try again at a later time.

Yes, if you log in to your Overnight Prints account and open up a mailing list, you can download it to your computer.

Yes, all costs have been added in to the total shown on the final order screen.

7. Will the information on my postcards be seen by anybody who is not on my list of addresses?
What if I want to put confidential information on these postcards?

Any extra postcards that are printed and not mailed will be thrown away insecurely. Do not put any confidential information into your postcard design.

Yes, you have the option of adding one address to the mailing list, and it can be your own.

9. When purchasing a mailing list, I chose several criteria to select leads but the next screen
says that my search returned zero leads. How is this possible? |
The criteria you chose are conflicting. Review your selected criteria and remove those which may be conflicting. The number of leads will increase.

Yes, you may check your order status by logging into your My Overnight Prints account. Order status will be updated when your postcards have
finished printing and when the postcards have been placed in the mail.

| 11. How much does a list of names cost? |
Price is set by the mailing list company, not by Overnight Prints. It is dependent upon the number of names as well as which selection criteria are chosen.
Business leads range in price from 5.3-90 cents per record and consumer records range from 3.2-65 cents per piece.

| 12. When will my postcards reach my customers? |
4x6 postcards will be printed and mailed within 3 business days of your order date. 4.25 x 5.5, 5x7, 5.5x8.5 and 6x11 postcards will be printed and mailed within 5 business days from the date of your order.
If you select First Class mail, your customers will receive the postcards within 1-2 business days once they are mailed. If you choose to send your postcards via Standard Mail, your customers will receive
the postcards 3-5 business days from the mail date. If you have political content on your postcard design, you may send via Standard Mail and the USPS will treat it as a First Class mailing
(1-2 business days).

| 13. What is the refund policy for Mailing Services? |
Postage and processing fees can be refunded as long as your order has not been put into the mail. Printing fees can be refunded if your order has not yet printed.
You can check your order status by signing in to your Overnight Prints account. The purchase of a list from InfoUSA cannot be refunded at any time, regardless of the status of your mailing.

| 14. Can I use this mailing list option to send out brochures? |
No, the only products that are currently available for use with the mailing list option are postcards. You have the choice of five postcard sizes, either 4.25 x 5.5, 4x6, 5x7, 5.5x8.5 or 6x11.

Do not:
- have rounded corners on your postcards
- include a box for the stamp in your design
- select full Gloss Coating on the back side of the postcard
- create mail designs containing any pornographic or illegal material because they will not be mailed

You are paying for ink jet addressing of the postcards, a merge/purge, CASS Certification (Coding Accuracy Support System), Postal Standardization,
Postal Presorting, Data Conversions, custom programming, postage, and data confidentiality.

20. What happens if many of the addresses on my list are invalid or my list is badly formatted
and my postcards cannot be mailed? |
Overnight Prints' customer service team will contact you and let you know, giving you three options: we can clean up your list for you (for a $45.00 charge),
we can mail the valid addresses and ship the unused postcards back to your address, or you can reformat and resubmit your list.

| 21. Will Overnight Prints save my mailing list after I upload, purchase, or create it? |
Yes, Overnight Prints will store your mailing list to your My Overnight Prints account in the Mailing Lists section. If you choose to purchase a list from InfoUSA, you may view the list only once your payment has cleared.
Unfortunately, we do not store any list that was either uploaded or inputted into our system for holiday cards. If you wish to mail holiday cards often, we recommend creating a CSV file of your contacts so you can simply upload
the list each time. The required fields for this file are First Name, Last Name, Address, City, State, and Zip Code.

Buying a list from InfoUSA constitutes a rent of the data for one year. After one year, you will need to purchase the list again.

If your order has at least 100 extra cards, you can opt to have them shipped to you.
