    Our system determines the method of shipment based on the distance of the mailing address from one of our designated printing facilities across the U.S. Estimated delivery dates are calculated from the time payment is received and are based on business days (does not include weekends or holidays). Please note that delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Weather and other occurrences beyond our control may impact our ability to deliver by the estimated date.
    Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be printed the next business day. International orders may take up to 3 business days for processing in addition to estimated shipping time.

    Note: Our printing and shipping times differ by product. Since estimated delivery times can be affected by other products in your shopping cart, the longest delivery time will be applied to all products in your cart.

  • How do I create a spot UV file?

    Spot UV files should have 1 bit color depth. This is shown on Photoshop as Bitmap image mode. Spot UV files should have 300 dpi (300 dpi vertical and horizontal). Tiff files should be uncompressed. This is specified in when saving something as tiff in Photoshop. With respects to using Illustrator, ensure an unpainted, unfilled box of the full bleed dimensions of the product for the spot to overlay perfectly.

    Converting other formats to 1 bit tiff files:

    1. Open the file in Photoshop.
    2. Convert to Bitmap image mode. (1 bit, B&W).
    3. If file is not in grayscale image mode, you will need to change it before converting to bitmap.
    4. When converting to bitmap image mode, select a resolution of 300 dpi and "50% Threshold" for method.
    5. Save as a tiff file. Select no compression.
  • Can I receive proofs prior to print?

    We do not provide hard copy proofs. All proofs can be previewed online on the Approve & Order page before checking out. Please keep in mind that computer monitors will reflect a slight variance on color.
  • Do you charge for matching envelopes?

    For an additional fee, envelopes can be added for Greeting Cards, Invitations, Announcements, Postcards and Flyers. All rates are dependent on the specific product, size and quantity selected.
