I'm having problems with your site. What should I do?
Please make sure you have your Adobe Flash updated to version 10.2 or higher. Click here to download the latest version of Flash. If the browser you're using or a page you're viewing is displaying problems, try to clear the browser's cache / cookies. If that doesn't fix the problem, we recommend using a different browser - Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer is most compatible. -
Overnight Prints - The Common Misconception
The common misconception of Overnight Prints is that we print all orders submitted that day, that night due to our name. While we do print overnight, this does not particular mean that same night. The print turnaround is dependent on the volume of orders that night. RUSH delivery orders will start production at 5pm PST, then FAST delivery options, then Ground, and then Economy. Print turnaround ranges from 5 hours to 9 business days based on the product and date selected in the shopping cart.
Overnight Prints stands alone in the industry when it comes to delivery. Delivery dates are offered based on our cutoff time of 5 pm PST. Simply select the available date of delivery and we will get this order to you on that date.
Note: Keep in mind transit time varies for all Standard Ground and Economy orders. Delays on any order can occur for any holds placed on the order. Please view the chart below for details.

Overnight Prints guarantees all products ordered with FAST and BITGIT delivery before 8:00pm Eastern Time will be delivered on or up to the date chosen by the customer during the checkout process. Overnight Prints does not guarantee the time in transit on orders placed with Ground or Economy shipping. Estimated delivery time will be within 9 business days for Ground shipments and 14 business days for Economy from when payment is received. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will print and ship the next business day. International orders may take up to 3 business days for processing.
Note: Our print and ship time differs by product. Delivery time is affected by other products in your shopping cart. The longest delivery time is applied to all products in your cart. Time in transit for shipping is always additional to the production turnaround. Please take this into consideration upon placing the order.
While Overnight Prints guarantees all products ordered with FAST and BITGIT delivery before 5:00pm PST will be delivered on or up to the date chosen by the customer during the checkout process, unforeseen delays in delivery services, breakdown of equipment, illness, acts of god and other occurrences may impact our ability to meet the date chosen.

Why isn't my file uploading?
We accept 300dpi TIF, PDF, JPG, PNG, EPS and AI (Version 8 or lower). Please do not submit transparent files or multi-layered files as they cannot be processed. Please submit flattened files under 50 MBs per side. To decrease file size, we recommend LZW compression.
If you are still having problems, you may go to our Design Guide and downloading one of our preformatted start files to assist you. Make sure you have Adobe Flash version 10.2 or higher and that you delete your cookies from your web browser, refresh the site, and then try to reupload. Make sure you are using Firefox Internet Explorer or Google Chrome.
If this fails to resolve the upload problem, you may email your files to service@overnightprints.com for any file/design problems you are having. Subject the email to ATTN: File Support. You will receive a response the next business day with adjusted files or how to adjust your files so you are able to upload the files onto our website to place your order. Overnight Prints does not place orders for customers. All orders must be placed online by the customer.
